All merchandise remains the property of the Orchid Store or its wholesale partners until full payment is received.

All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. The Orchid Store have the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Do not send any pre-payments. We are not responsible for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent via mail.

The Orchid Store may contain type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colours or products with 100% accuracy.

Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
