Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your product, we welcome returns within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it.
In case of returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is being returned because of damaged goods or if the wrong item has been received, we will refund the shipping cost for returning the item.
I want to return an item
1. If you want to return an item please email us at sales@orchidstore.co.uk to authorise the return or exchange.
2. Send the item back with the original packing invoice. You will have to pay shipping costs:

3. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will refund the full amount.
In a case of exchange or return you are responsible for the item during transport/shipping back to us.
Damage during transport
All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us.
